Here, I will share pictures of my Julius cosplay, with some information about how I made it.

Components

This cosplay consists of the following components:

Coat: This is a plain trenchcoat that I bought on clearance at a local store. I used the art from Harmony of Despair as a reference, and added the leopard print and leather. I used masking tape to map out the areas of the coat that I wanted to cover with the new fabric and then transfered the tape onto the fabric to easily get the dimensions I needed. After cutting out the fabric, I used fabric glue to attach the pieces to the coat. Then I used narrow leather strips to make the black hemming and to cover the shoulder seams. I used split pins all around the hems to reinforce them and also to imitate the studded look the coat has in the artwork.
I made the cuffs by adding the patterned fabric on the inside of the sleeve and then flipping it over.
Although there are no official images of the back of the coat, I added a cross because it looks cool. I attached it with fabric glue and used fabric paint to make the border.

Waistcoat: In the reference art, the waistcoat is brown, but I found a black leather waistcoat in a thriftstore and it works well enough.

Scarf: The red scarf is made from a pair of leggings that I cut up.

Glove: You might ask yourself why I'm only wearing one leather glove. That is because I literally found it on the street. I would have liked to have brown ones but hey free is free. ( I did later find two brown gloves outside but both of them are left handed).

Cross necklace: Although you can't see it on the picture, I'm wearing a cross necklace for this cosplay. I made it by ordering a cross pendant from a beading website and attaching it to a chain I had lying around.

Belt cross: This mosaiced cross was a lucky thrift store find, but you could probably easily make it yourself. It has a wooden board base and square tiles that make it look like pixel art.

Whip: This whip is a Hungarian horse whip I borrowed from my mom (who collects Hungarian horse equipment). I'm obsessed with it and would love to keep it in my house but alas it's not mine so I had to give it back to her.

What's still missing: So I have blue jeans, but they are old and way too small for me. If I had infinite money and time I would like to get a proper fitting pair and add the leather crotch part. Also, I'm wearing a black shirt with the outfit, but ideally I'd like to get a red shirt at some point to really finish it off. Sadly, I don't have the long hair or the sick moustache, but hey, maybe T will change that some day.
